There is a plugin that does this, but it's an option, is not the main feature, and requires the players to spawn them. I'd like to have the spotlight/searchlight on the minicopters that spawn on the road. Possible?

I believe Minicopter Options has an option for this, which applies to minis that spawn along roads.

Not sure what the current situation is, but when they made SearchLights electric, they stopped showing up when attached to vehicles.

Hmm.. I don't rememeber that being the case.
But yeah, MiniCopter Options or my plugin Warcopter would do!
