would love to have a mod that make us able to paint ouer bases in diff ways so we can camuflage ouer base if we want that or just to make it look like old farm house but it would be cool to be able to add camo to the base dep on where we build it 

I agree it would be good, dont know though if it would effect server side load especially on a very busy server.

You could use large signs with sil plugin to fill the signs with pictures to fake camo the bases. We did that one wipe built on snowy mountain then painted the signs with the same color as the snow and hid the base. Though only works well with small bases so you have to get creative. 

Thats not possible in current game state. You can't do anything visual in game
