Item blocker with permissions (Rust)

How exactly would that work ? there are thousands of containers including airdrops, Loot from bots, and treasure chests so how would the plugin know who the person looting it is ? to then remove that item from the crate/box/bot to stop "normal" players from accessing it ?

... there is nothing specific now that I want to block, but as an example that users cannot use the TC or other items.
Everything what the https://umod.org/plugins/component-blocker can do, only with permissions, e.g. certain groups like admins or owners are allowed to use blocked items and normal players don't.
The problem with https://umod.org/plugins/component-blocker is, that it blocks items for EVERYONE ...
https://umod.org/plugins/items-blocker ... blocks items only for a certain and set time with a large information window, which cannot be switched off.

... this is same like https://umod.org/plugins/items-blocker, blocking with Time & after Wipe, ItemBlocker do same. I want this without any TimeSetting and i want use it always, not only after Wipe !

Well then you need to order that one from someone, its a bit specific

its not, https://umod.org/plugins/items-blocker works well, i need same only with permissions-system :)
