Hello Ryan!

I want to use your plugin No-Raid. I really like your plugins but they have too many options. Would you be able to make it easier for me to use? I know I am asking quite a lot here, you could just make a custom plugin for me and send it to me. Hoping it wouldn't take that much time for someone like you :)

The only thing I want is this: 

If friended ingame: Able to destroy and walk in tc building zone from someone else

If not friended ingame: Not able to destroy and not able to walk in tc building zone from someone else

If possible I also want a bypass for administrators. If it is not possible to stop someone from walking inside of their tc zone, only not being able to destroy is fine too.
