Would it be possible to make it so there is some sort of chest all users could deposit scrap into.
as a result a generator or some other item they have would give unlimited eletrictiy. 

For example, they go to location A and desposit 10scrap a day into this chest, then they have a single generator at their base.
that gets unlimited eletric output, HOWEVER, if they do not depsoit scrap then the gen will break and they won't have eletric anymore.

Sorry to bump this but I was wondering would anyone be able to take on/quote for this project. 

To clarify, what I would like is the ability to make it so the only way to get eletricity is via a tax system using scrap. 

even if someone makes a solar farm etc... they just don't work. I am doing this as part of a social experement via rust and discord 

so if you would be willing/able to help that would be great, we need a few things built. 

We don't have a huge budget though, so if you could quote this or if willing to help DM me for more details, myself and a youtuber called BulletBarry are going to be doing this over the next 3 weeks possibly more.
