I want a plugin that rewards a player when he joins a discord server and ive seen servers with this plugin 

First he should link his discord with the game
ex: /discord Busrur#7777

Then a discord message arrives at his dm from a bot
it will ask him are u {username} in the server if he says yes
then it links
if he says no it declines to link him

and if he is linked he can use /kit

what i am looking for is a discord rewards plugin

if a person joins the discord they can do /discord name#2323 in game it then runs the check to see if that player is in our discord

once conformation has been recieved they then get some kind of reward be it a kit or item or even server rewards rp
