Spawn random bases (Rust)

Hello,

I am looking for a plugin / someone to make the plugin to automatically spawn random bases on rust procedural maps.
The bases should contain TC and boxes with loot templates from low to high tier loot.
I am so desperate for a plugin like this, i will even pay you some money.

I'd love to see this plugin take shape.  Sort of like what Minecraft does with villages on vanilla maps.  Then again, I also want bots to be able to walk around inside your base.

There is already RAIDABLE BASES and RANDOM BASES will be released shortly and hopefully it wont be as complicated as Raidable Bases is

I have seen random bases spoken about, and a youtuber posting about it, but it still isn't available.  Any news on when "shortly" will happen?

Hello, what does this plugin have to do? 

Function with a command?
The bases how do they need to look like? 
What commands are needed for the admins? 

Can you be a bit more specific what it has to do? I could create it in about 1-2 weeks.
