Hi,
New monument will be a problem for PVE servers... i see users crying whos turn is now to use excavator ;) 

here would be nice to have plugin something like this:

- admin makes zone above excavator '/excavator add' and spawn powint '/excavator spawn'

- now player can reserve excavator for x time (configuren in config), and plugin will TP player there. 

- nobody can go there (or maybe clan/friends support?),

- after 95% of time player will se warning that 'you have onlny x time to loot you ore'

- aftrer 100% time player will be tp back to previous location,

- player have now cooldown (set in config) and his clan/friend to(?)

what do you think about this? :) is it possible? i think we could use Jail code for this if nobody will make it from begining :)
