Now i already know there is a spawncar plugin, where when you do /spawncar it spawns a car (obviously) but my server is running on a custom map so the spawncar plugin isnt working because you are never on "map ground" even when u are. Could someone please send a version without the check for being on the ground? (sorry if this is in the wrong thread)

Maybe you can use Car Commander without giving permission, this plugin don't check for ground

Alright ive added the plugin and it is spawning cars perfectly but there doesnt seem to be an option to limit it to once per 10 min, if there isnt that option i might have to find another plugin @sami37

Yeah probably a private one, or maybe ask in Car Commander for a timer
