I'm wondering if it is possible to create a plugin that will log edits of wooden signs/picture frames? Currently I've only found plugins that can tell me who the sign belongs to.

Applicaton 1:

I don't allow racism in my server and I find signs/picture frames with racism on them, I might punish the wrong player if they didn't lock edits.

Application 2:

I could hold a painting competition while offline and come back online to see who has painted what etc, bit roleplayesque but still.

I'm mainly interested in this because of catching racist behavior on my community server.

I would be interested in paying for this kind of plugin.
