Currently am using kits on my server and I was wondering if there in the future would be a possibility for them to work together? Thank you!

The possibility is already there, if you use PlayerRankings @Ankawi which uses PlayTimeTracker,
You grant permissions for kits based on player time (rank) .
Been using it for that for a few years now
