For some reason only the times are showing on your example until you move the mouse over the"blank" areas.
post your config it might help , Did you recently edit anything ?
it is still working perfectly on my server.

It’s okay, I decided to remove this plugin from my server because I think it’s superfluous

That is a pity, i find it very useful in granting rewards/kits/permissions to players who attain ranks based on player hours on the server. I have been using it for many years without any problems.
