Even if the player reaches the BetterChat permission group, the gift pack will not be available.

I use kits (i have created) as rewards for levels (ranks) reached based on time spent on the server, The rank (for which a group has been created) has been granted the permission for the kit and the player can access the kit when they reach that level. I do not know what "gift pack" you are refering to as you give no information regarding what it is ?

I use PlayerRankings  BetterChat  Kits ,The player has reached the name set by PlayerRankings, and I have set the KIT, but the player cannot receive the KIT.

When you created the kit did you create a permission for it, and grant that permission to the group ?
