Does this need to be updated to add the new skins/items to the "DLC items" list?  For things like Skinner and such that use it?

It seems like this might need to be updated for all the new DLC items that have come into the game past few months??

Got some issues where players who own DLCs can't make the items, for instance.   

Been asking same question now for 2 months -- new items have been added,  does this automatically update for the new items or does it need to be updated manually?    I do not want to cross Facepunch and it's "though shalt not" rules for DLC items.
