Can you add permissions for the UI command so one can set who can use this and who not?

I was hoping the same thing, so that it is not against the vanilla rule and still able to use this plugin without the ui.

I doubt very much that you can use this on a Vanilla server as it changes the way the game is played, I would not take the risk as getting "un"blacklisted looks problematical.
