Could you add Teleport Homes button in the menu? It will show the (5 to 10 or so?) home locations that this steamid has saved.

I think that this would over-fill the already crowded panel a little too much, especially due to the configurable amount of "home" locs you can save.
Having an additional panel like Custom UI might be the better option for that, as you can configure the commands/buttons however you see fit and give them the proper names etc.

Player Admin is more meant as administration utility panel, rather then a teleportation hub.
