Hmm, don't really see a bug there.

With dead players you mean people who got killed and are still online, or people that didn't join the server yet after a wipe?

when i player if offline and are dead they still show in offline page. they would get removed once they are dead before

Dead and offline players should still show on the offline page, else a player could just "off-themselves" and log off to avoid being shown in de panel. that way they can avoid things like bans, that's something we don't want.
