when i teleport, most of the times i end up wounded
only solution found is healing me 100hp after teleporting
possible error: i think this happens if the player is inside their home, i couldn't replicate this error when the player is out in the open world

any possible solutions?

This usually happens when the player is teleported to a different location with a lower elevation, will investigate a possible solution.
