How to exit spectate mode?

Same as you would exit it from the chat command, by respawning.

Need to reboot to the server?

Lol no. Respawn. When you enter spectate mode you kill your character and follow the player as if you're a ghost.
You simply need to respawn. ( Slap F1, then type: respawn )
