Set up vip permission however they are not getting 2 times the amount. I have made sure they have the permission.

Did you create the permissions using the chat commands or manually inside the config? 

I added a new VIPpermission via the admin chat command. I then edited the pre-existing VIP permission to match my VIP setup. As one can see in the pastebin it is set to have VIP1 get 2x and VIP2 get 3x however then only recieve the default 5. Not sure what the problem is.

Did you ever get it resolved? Mine isn't working either. I've got all permissions set as per documentation and still not working. It is only delivering the basic amount to everyone.

I see two different entries about multipliers not working and nether has been answered. I'm having the same issues with a VIP level that I entered with the /ptr vip 10. I have my permission set to playtimerewards.vip but am only getting the base rate of 5 RP. I also have owner permissions. Does that have any impact on the plugin? It looks like a great plugin if I can get past this issue.

You can only create permissions via the command editing/creating new ones inside the config is not currently supported. 

Thanks for the response! I created my permissions via the command /ptr vip 10 and it is still only issuing me 5. I did change the layTime Deposit Timer to 60. Should that make a difference. I really love the plugin and would love to see that issue resolved. Thanks for your help with this. I would also like to turn the chat notice off for the deposits. I tried  setting Send Deposit Response to false, but it didn't make a difference.

An update is out and should resolve all Multiplier issues
