So with Discord Extesion V2 and me needing to update my Discord Presence which relies on this, Im still getting 

Oxide.Game.Rust is referenced by PlaceholderAPI plugin but is not loaded! An appropriate include file needs to be saved to plugins\include\Ext.Rust.cs if this extension is not required.

which means my Discord Presence is not working.

Placeholder API never required anything, it is an independent plugin.

Installed 2.1.1 and still having an issue. Now I get this error messsage.

[Error] Error while compiling: PlaceholderAPI.cs(1512,77): error CS0117: `SkyManager' does not contain a definition for `BloodMoon'
