I would suggest posting under the support section for the plugin you are using that utilizes this. This plugin alone doesn't do anything.

Is it not meant to do something with the discord plugin so that it sends embeds of server ifno?

something isnt working for me then, i edited the discordserverstatsj.json with my webhook and didnt work

I'd suggest asking for help under that plugin support section.
