GUI not closing
To help me debug this, could you explain in what situation this occurred?
... if u config ure phone, this windows open but sometime it doesnt close after making sttings ure phone,. u must restart game. its not always, its sometime. if u stop plugin, windows doesnt close to, u must reconnect in game :)

I'm sorry, I'm not quite understanding what you are describing. What are do you mean by "config ure phone", are you saying when you interact with a phone?
If this occurs by the way, you can try using the command /phone reset ui, it is not gauranteed, but sometimes it helps.

No problem, thank you for clarifying! That certainly is an issue if the phone gui remains after interacting, is there any chance the plugin was reloaded or the server saved at the time of this happening? This could cause the gui to not be deleted properly if the plugin was reloaded or a save was occuring. Any information on why this could be happening would be helpful :)
First of all, sorry for the late answer ... while the error occurred, nothing was saved, no backup was made from the server or the plugin was restarted. i had changed my name on the phone, this opened the GUI of your plugin but after editing the name all GUIs closed, only the one from the history list (see the picture). even after restarting the plugin, it did not close, only after I left the server and reconnected. anyway, this bug comes not most and always, only sometimes :)

having the same error as nick actually on our server, people responding that their history isn't closed when left the phone - problem seems to be up since this patch (for us) maybe in the destroy cui call something missing? do you have found an workaround @nick or an solution yet @mr01sam? Would be nice ^^
