Like the idea of this plugin though! So hopefully can be fixed!

You can move DownloadIcons from Init to OnServerInitialized to make it work until the plugin gets updated.

The post you are quoting was merged from a separate thread, that thread had no errors. This plugin is not mine to maintain, I requested info when none was provided and then merged as it was a duplicate issue.
