i want to know what kind of programms you use for creating a plugin. Are there differences between the supported games on uMod? I wanted to teach myself a bit to see if i can make some simple plugins for RoK

Yes, each game is different as they are generally written by different developers, but the general plugin layout is the same across all of the supported games as well as the universal API we provide.
