The bright white on this site melts my eyes. While this isn't a concern for most people, there are some of us who need the comfort of white text on a dark background. For this I present you with the extension  https://darkreader.org/ It works on either chrome, firefox or safari. And it's execution is pretty decent. I've teset it out on several sites, and it hasn't resulted in a crazy trainwreck of overlapping colors and hidden text.
