I am wanting to create a PVE server with Raidable bases, and with AI at mounments. Also ai events like crates where you can kill the guards and get the hackable crate!

Errrm sounds just like one of my servers. Thats quite an ask, there an awful lot of work involved.

Alternatively, all the mods are available here. Why not setup a local test server and slowly add the mods you want yourself to it. Help is available in each mods section. Sure its a learning curve. But, you also may find that doing it yourself is very rewarding.  and a lot cheaper.
