Host isn't allowing switching to Community
I have issues with current hosting, because what I see is, I'm getting scammed.

My current hosting is: https://mtxserv.com
I made my order with them 16 hours ago for 2 servers.

Before I made my order I tried to find for any ToS, in case if we might have any problems in future, but they don't have them, I tried to search everywhere, but I was not able to find any, so I thought we will not get any problems.

After my order I started to set up my servers, I have to servers with max 3 players allowed per team and yes I'm using Oxide for them.
I'm only using couple plugins like,
SecureAdmin to prevent other administrators to abuse their privileges
DiscordWipe to announce wipe on my community discord
BetterChat, BetterChatMute to mute chat and voice for bad behaviour
Stash traps to catch esp cheaters

All of those plugins are allowed by Facepunch ToS:

After mentioned them all those official proofs I'm still getting denied to move my servers to community section.
So, at the end I'm not getting for what I paid for and I asked to cancel my order immediately and refund full amount.

Answer what I got was: Sorry but according to our ToS, this is not possible.

Basically, I spent my money for nothing and all my arguments was declined.
Hosts may be unwilling to allow that because if one server using the same IP gets blacklisted, they all do. Those terms are subject to change in what is allowed or not, it's generally safer to stick to Modded if actually modding the server.
But they should provide that in ToS, but ToS does not exist.
At the end, I spent money for that and all this time my servers was under community section.
I was not actually modding my servers, they was just like simple admin tools.

Refund should be issued anyway, because I was not provided with any information.

Ask them for a link to there tos.

Merged post

Went and looked it is very hard to find it is when you order you can view the tos. https://mtxserv.com/mtxserv/tos no other link other then when you go to place the order. i also see nothing about not alowing you to mode your rust instance anyway you wish. email them back have the point out where in the tos this is stated.  also screen shot there tos as they may change it on you after you ask.
I tried to make all best possible solutions for both of us, even I was open to pay for my dedicated IP.
Everything I asked was declined, no offers or any solutions.

As far as I can see, we not gonna get any compromise, so I will definitely open paypal dispute, even if i will loose.
By this thread I just wanted to warn server owners, to not fall into the pit where I fell.
99% community servers will have oxide enabled, even just to get discord reports or simple chat filter.
Ya open duspite put in your responces and theres and add a image of there tos in the paypal dispute.
