I'm not sure what you are referring to exactly; but if you are referring to the URL filters, those are global and part of the site, not from individual moderators. I'm not seeing anything with what you are referring to though.

I very well may have delete and blocked something from that guy. Like an email that I deleted and couldn't find.

How does that work? I've never blocked anyone, lol. How do I unlblock people? Do I just not see blocked dudes stuff or do they not see me? Where's my block list?

I see that you could allow messages from private users... lol

You can click on their name and then Unblock.
