First of all, do not worry - I am not leaving, just wanted to thank everyone here. Plugin developers spend hours, days and more only on public plugins and right now a lot of plugins are available for free on uMod. And everything on the website and not just here is available to server owners and developers thanks to administrators, moderators and uMod/Oxide contributors. Many of you may not know Calytic who does a great job here with uMod (new stuff) and website itself, so remember this username. I just feel like they needed some special attention in my thread because everyone thanks Wulf in 99.99% :)
As I've said before, people spend a lot of time on making plugins. This is awesome that you have enough willpower to not just submit a plugin, but also follow approval guidelines, provide free updates, free support - I appreciate it just like many other server owners. Reviewers may ask for more than you could think before in some cases, but they have to do this to make uMod a better place and help you. Such people do not get money for reviewing plugins or something, they do it when they have some spare time so forgive them for making the process take longer than you want it to be, it's called being a volunteer. It is something other developers also do here.
And for keeping uMod toxicity, conflict etc free I would like to thank our moderators LaserHydra and MrBlue, you did a lot for the community.
Server owners, sometimes you may not like something in a plugin or there may be a problem. Sadly some may say something like "I don't like it", "I'm uninstalling", "you're a bad developer" etc, but you should still remember that this is volunteering and developers do at least something. Especially when developers try and want to help - do not be rude, report / suggest it properly, keep uMod clean and don't make anyone upset :)
