Hello, I run a server called Rustfall Medieval RPG. It is a highly custom-modded server, currently in development (though open to the public), with many private plugins, and something we have long-term ambitious plans for, including ultimately transitioning into a standalone RPG Game using this server as a very playable "proof of concept". I've personally designed all major systems single handedly from scratch, with the help of about 5 different Plugin Developers contributing the actual technical plugin work. I've had some very talented modders from uMod contributing.

So, the situation: my main developer has had some major IRL circumstances come up, and will no longer be able to continue work on our server. Therefore, I'm looking for a new candidate who is interested in "taking over" his position and taking our private plugins, and server in general, to the next level.

I'm looking for an individual who:
- Is good with UI systems. We want every system we have to have UI integration (most already do) but also a cohesive "aesthetic".
- Can handle complex plugins. Our RPG Plugin is massive, and is the most detailed RPG Plugin ever created for Rust. It features 64 selectable Skills all within an Interface, 30 Abilities, Custom HP/Mana Bars, Custom Consumables (Food/Drink/Meds with custom values), RPG Interface, Abilities Interface, Respec Ability, Keys of Knowledge which unlock Skills, integration/hooks into other plugins, and more.
This is a paid position, with much room for growth. If we found the right individual who understands and "enjoys" the vision of the server and what type of game we're looking to make - a "partner" position is possible as well.
