Though I not new to rust servers I do need help on stuff but I need a staff to help me build the player base and help me fix some plugins  I mean it my dream to make a good fun Modded server SO any reply would be helpful but it doesn't mean you get full access that a no I will allow you to access some areas that you only need so i look forward to hearing from you lot  

There is mostly only server owners on here. try puting you server on server lists you will have a better chance of getiing a player base.
