Allowed to share translation files?Solved
Good afternoon everyone. Quick question as I can't find a proper answer for it, is it allowed to share "translated files" as well for "edited translation files"?

with translated files, I'm mentioning "dutch" ( i feel embarrassed when I see the dutch version of rust ) for plugin owners and plugin users to use them.

With edited translated files, I'm mentioning the edits in English translation so that for example, economics would be called "euro's" or rubble" depending on the user's wishes.  ( and i mean the translation file only ofc )

I can fully understand the " open source " stuff, but I rather ask first before doing it.
Sharing of the .json lang files is fine, modified plugins wouldn't be allowed in forum threads.
"open source"

denoting software for which the original source code is made freely available and may be redistributed and modified.

that's the way the community wants to go? but not even allowed to share lang files as a free contribution because I'm bored.? I'm speechless. alright. nevermind then.
Sorry, I typoed on my phone... That was intended to be IS not ISN'T for the .json lang files.

Any configurations, localizations, or data files are fine to share and can be shared via the relevant plugin's section.

Modified plugins are not as they may have changes that are malicious or otherwise undesirable and may cause issues.

Plugins may be open source licensed (most of them), but that does not mean that modified versions can be freely shared or submitted here due to the aformentioned points along and being as it often results in stepping on toes of the original author and/or current maintainer(s) of said plugin.
