Current situation.
We are two owners and a couple of staff members devoted to making something epic for our growing community. We're mature and serious in the matter of making the best experience for our players. We have three servers, ranging from 2X, 10X to a 1000000X. The servers offers two VIP packages, one permanent and one subscription.

The plugins we use, are a mix of paid custom plugins, free versions and paid public versions.
In the last couple of weeks we have experienced some challenges across the servers. Some plugins have issues we cant figure out on our own.

We have studied console for error messages - but cannot find any error messages. We have limited experience with c# and feel we are in unsafe waters when we go into .cs files for troubleshooting.

So the first and crucial point on the agenda for a potential developer is to assist us with troubleshooting and restoration of existing plugins to a working state.

Then we want to expand our PLUGIN portfolio with more custom PLUGINS and functionality with the aim of improving the experience for our existing and new users. We might even want to combine some of the pre existing plugins to limit the amount.

Previously, we had a regular developer working on existing and new plugins. With predetermined prices based on requests from us. This is something we are very pleased with and would like to continue. The former developer could no longer dedicate time to our project as new work situation limited available time he had. We are happy to put you in contact you with this developer, if you would like a reference on us.
