it has a mod section but i cant find some of the mods off of here and i tried putting the url but still nothing

See if the host can give you an FTP connection, and simply use that to install any plugin you want.

Otherwise, you're best bet is just contact support, uMod can't do anything about it, since it's not a issue to directly them.
