Teleporting to clan member foundations with TC access?

I have a couple players reporting that they use to be able to tp to clanmates foundation, now when they /set home on their clanmates foundations it gets removed ?

"Few wipes ago before the tc plugin got fucked, we use to be able tp onto clan mates foundations. and even if we were on someone elses base when raiding as long as we had tc we could tp to one another. That still hasn't been fixed."

"ohhh i forgot to tell you this, foundation i set home without tc will get remove."

I also have players reporting this, and can confirm such reports. Within a small 150*m compound, there were small hotspots around the base where I found I wasn't able to TP out my own compound with the plugin replying:

You can't teleport while in a building blocked zone!

Even though all members in my clan shared tc priv through DynaShare clan sharing.
