I have read through the plugin notes and every single post, and I have tried every single suggestion to gain permission and none of it works. Is there a confirmed method to gain permission? I would like to allow everyone to teleport so if you are able and willing to teach me how I would really appreciate it. Thanks. 

In F1 console as admin, or via RCON...

For /sethome /home /removehome:
oxide.grant group default nteleportation.home

For /town:
oxide.grant group default nteleportation.tptown

These grant everyone on the server access to these commands, assuming the plugin is loaded and working.
