1.0.53 adds a new config, InterruptTPOnRig.  This is a global setting.  If true, blocks tp to/from the new oil rig monument.

I have it set to True, so if I understand correctly they sould not be able to TP to it. I'm not sure if maybe Big Oil Rig needs it's own variable. Either way, they are able to TP each other back and forth on it

1.0.54 can now also detect the large oil rig.
