Would someone be able to clarify this?

 

I've been having issues with people who break into someones base, setting a home site. (Even though they are still building blocked) then they are able to TP back into that site later. I have the TP/home set to false during building blocked. They can't TP back out though, just in

Yep! I've messed with a few settings and believe I fixed it, the downfall. In the process quite a few peoples "home" sites went poof...

Well they should be able to get back into them anyway and /sethome again.
