Thanks for your work on this plugin. I'm setting up my first server (and I'm still fairly new to Rust as a whole), so I was wondering what the following configuration parameters controlled:

Settings.DefaultMonumentSize
Settings.InterruptTPOnCargo
Settings.InterruptTPOnMonument
TPR.CupOwnerAllowOnBuildingBlocked

I agree that there needs to be some work done on the documentation.  However:

Settings.DefaultMonumentSize -- Many monuments do not have a size parameter.  If you choose to block using Settings.InterruptTPOnMonument, this will set the default size for monuments lacking this value.  I do not have a list but I am pretty sure Airfield was one of them.

Settings.InterruptTPOnCargo -- If true, do not allow players to tp while on the Cargo Ship.

Settings.InterruptTPOnMonument -- See above - if true, do not allow tp from monuments.

TPR.CupOwnerAllowOnBuildingBlocked -- If a user placed a cupboard but had their auth cleared, let them tp back anyway.  Well, that's what's supposed to happen.
