The teleportation works in the apartments if you disable the requirement for a foundation, but if you upgrade to a better apartment, you still have the tp location in the old apartment. Any chance this could be updated to allow an admin to have the plugin remove the apartment teleport location if you upgrade to a better apartment or if you lose access to your apartment? It would be cool if it could change your TP location to the new apartment but I feel like that would be a much harder thing to accomplish.

I think it's better to completely remove the ability to save a teleportation point in the apartment. And make a general teleportation command by analogy with outpost. For example /apart, an NPC teleportation point on the first floor.
