Could we get an option added to the config to disable the ability to use the teleport commands while in the Deep Sea?

It seems tp'ing from the deep sea is causing players to respawn under the map.

It works. The issue about causing the players to spawn under the map was another plugin.

which plugin? this is not the first time someone has told me players were dying so I'd like to point them in the right direction too.

Ironically, it was a plugin called "FixDeepSeaTeleport" that is supposed to prevent players from being killed when TPing out of the Deep Sea. I'm also using the Deep Sea Options plugin but after removing "FixDeepSeaTeleport", players stopped dieing. I've since disabled TPing from the Deep Sea because I don't think players should be able to do that.
