Hello! I have an issue with the plugin that players can set homes inside other players base without TC privilege without any issue does anyone know where to look? In the config i saw false on building block zone.

heya, that option is for teleporting and not /sethome as it requires you be authorized on the TC regardless

the nteleportation.norestrictions permission can bypass this, but that should not be given to players. it is intended for admin/mod/staff to bypass most restrictions

The only way (without that permission) you can set home in another players base is if you gain authorisation on the tc (when it has not been locked)
as you might well know it was a common way to grief another player by destroying their tc and replacing it with your own and sealing it behind a wall thus gaining another base without the trouble of building it.
