I have an arena and players are getting the following message ...

might be buggy then. you can hold a building planner near the arena to see the prevent building collider drawn in red. then type /spm to see where nteleportation has drawn it to. it should not exceed what the building planner is showing, and should not prevent anyone outside of it from teleporting

it doesn't help, but thank you for trying. it was more of a request for you do in order to see what the problem might be. however, I found it is buggy when maps have monuments that overlap other monument boundaries
