Getting this ERROR in console when trying to load the plugin also getting an almost identical ERROR with another plugin
How do i fix this?

hi, not sure. there are no compile issues on Carbon or Oxide with 1.8.0.

maybe your server is missing some libraries. run a steam update (for the server) and have it validate the install. if you don't know what that means then ask your host for help on how to do that.
