i want no limits on amount they can use 
i want to set it up so they have diff cool downs or stuff like /tpr /home but also a timer so when they do /outposr /home /tpr it takes x amount of seconds before the tp can anyone help explain thanks every time i change something it resets config when i reload pluggin
