Issue with /tpbSolved

This is an example of an issue we are facing.  If there is a way to stop it (other than disabling /tpb, please let me know).

Example: Players are completing the oil rig.  Getting into the Red Card room, unlocking the crate and looting.  Then performing a /home teleport.
After an hour, when the lockable crate respawns, they are doing /tpb and getting right back to the locked crate and unlocking it without the need to kill scientists or a red card.  

Obviously this is bad - and pissing off a lot of players. Any suggestions?

 What does "Use Monument Topology Check" do? I'm at a loss because I dont want to disable /tpb for a few idiots.
