So after removing all plugins, and tested one by one. I found that when a player thats on your team teleports the chat pops up with the teams or global chat.. Not sure how to fix this.. I tested this with only this plugin to rule out possible issues with other plugins.. This only pops up while in a team and a  member teleports, and this spams chat..
