someone uses /home and then can just /tpr back to a friend, but not if we had a global or universal cooldown so they must wait after using any teleport command.

I don't think so? /tpb is just another teleport option? I have "Allow TPB": false on both commands. I'm saying they use the other option in place of /tpb to bypass cooldowns

ah I misread TPR as TPB. so if they use /home then they use /tpr to bypass the home cooldown and teleport anyway? I mean I never really considered that an issue. it's just how the plugin works. but i've no issue implementing a global cooldown.
