A player told me if he teleport while he is lift, it will spawn you under the world.

I have no idea, a player send it to me from discord. He didn't told me where.

If they have been removed then it's not a bug.

Perhaps a bucket lift?

Yes, he teleported under water 2 times, the first time was from cave (bucket lift) the second time he didn't told me where, maybe the same

I have just updated this to prevent teleport from a lift.  I am really not sure if there are still elevators in game and if this would work for them.  But, it does work (for me) for a bucket lift.

By the way, I am not certain this fix is a fix at all.  I am seeing some weird stuff since it was added so beware.

I had some major issues with the private server.  But, the fixes for the bucket lift, etc., seem to work and have been restored.

That was patched already as well.

Fixed in 1.0.38 for standard lifts, e.g. at the launch site.
